Playing around with the character design of Futurama in my sketch book. I wanted to see if I could pull off a more "realistic" look. Not sure if I got there. Top left was the first attempt. I wonder what happened... 0.o

pretty nice, except I think it would look better if Leela's eye was bigger, remember what Bender said, its cantaloupe sized.
